Alethic is not accepting payments through this website yet. Live payment collection will be enabled only after provider and merchant readiness are confirmed. Do not transfer money based solely on a product page, email or an unavailable checkout.
Before and after submitting a check
You can leave an unsubmitted session without starting a paid check. Once an authorized attempt is submitted, closing the page does not cancel it. Processing may already have begun, so retain the original attempt and request identity while its status is confirmed.
A confirmed unprocessed attempt releases its reservation. A provider-processed rejection or partial OCR extraction can still be a chargeable result. A connection failure is not proof of non-processing and does not itself establish refund eligibility.
Payment concerns and unused value
Use your authenticated support inbox with a safe order, payment or attempt reference for a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge or unused paid balance. The project team must review the payment, balance and processing records before a financial adjustment. No automated refund or withdrawal feature is currently offered.
Test credits and promotional grants are not cash and are not withdrawable. A request or support ticket is not a refund confirmation. Do not submit payment-card credentials, PINs or OTPs to seek a refund.
Before paid launch
The final unused-paid-balance policy and refund review and initiation times will be published here before this website accepts payments. These terms require confirmation before paid activation. Any approved refund will be handled through the appropriate original payment route, subject to provider and bank processing, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
